Refund Policy
Please contact us immediately by phone, or email, to have your product considered for return. Due to the nature of our business, all returns are subject to approval. If your item is deemed returnable, you may incur a restocking fee ranging from 25% to a maximum of 50% of the item's purchase price. A large number of our items are custom-made and, therefore, non-returnable to the manufacturer. As a result, all sales are final for custom-made material.
